Our Process

Your project begins with an introductory visit to your home. We take an active role in every project from inception through completion. Our creative expertise and years of experience ensure a unique design that complements your home and lifestyle.

2.

We will discuss your ideas for the site, offer innovative suggestions, review your budget, and take several pre-construction photographs.

3.

Soon after this meeting, we will schedule a second appointment to review the design and a detailed proposal. While your design is being developed, we simultaneously prepare your construction services proposal. This proposal is presented to you along with the completed design.

4.

Proposal/design revisions are made, and the construction services proposal is updated to reflect those changes.
