When we first started Clean Energy Maintenance, we wanted every service we performed to be driven and informed by a customer-first philosophy.
That tradition continues today and has become a pillar of who we are as a company. We strive every day to be the leader in complete facility and property maintenance for our customers.

Our goal is to enhance each property under our care by drawing on our extensive experience, working closely in partnership with our customers, and continually listening to and addressing their changing needs.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Steve and Lori Weaver founded the company in 1992 and had three employees and offered five services. Since then, the company has grown to more than 35 employees and expanded to offer more than 100 property care services to homeowners and businesses in Lancaster, Chester, Berks, and York counties.
